is there any 30inch(2560×1600) monitor that has faster response time than 6ms?
Don’t get the Gateway! mine just died already this week after only 1 year and 2 months. No warranty and no paid repair ability period. I’m so mad. I’m uploading a video on it now. It seems to be designed to fail at a year.
dell3008 looks better than this monitor,this monitor is cheap made and not worthy what they charge for this
colors and black are better on the xhd3000, and it costs less…blu-ray looks like crap on the dell

Ordered a Dell U2410 to replace my piece of junk Gateway XHD3000. If I can ever find Gateway's registered agent in Texas I'm gonna sue them.

Depends on the brand. If it is a Dell, you can press the F8 key (usually it will say LCD/CRT on the key). Each press will move it between displaying on the LCD only, displaying on the CRT only, displaying the same on both, and displaying different things on both. It may take you a few presses to find the right setting. This setting is not saved and you have to press the F8 to get the right screens back everytime you boot the PC.
You can also right click on the Desktop, go into the Properties, and the Settings tab. You can change the secondary and primary montors there. Make the TV the primary and then turn off the secondary (now your LCD). Wzrning: if you boot the laptop without the TV attached, you will lose their settings and the LCD will become primary again.
If you look under the "advanced" setting of the Settings tab, depending on your graphic card, it may include a configuration routine that will allow you to set up a permanent profile to use the TV only if it is attached. But that varies by video card.
If you have an external mouse and keyboard fro your laptop, you can also just close the lid of the laptop. That will shut down the LCD but continue to run on the TV. The use the external mouse and keyboard with the TV.

there is no radio control switch on a gateway laptop, theres only a Wireless switch and its a button that looks like an antenna

When u recored sumthin in 1080P HD, how do u transfer ur video to the computer? is there a USB cord and when u plug it in, a window pops up on ur computer and all the video files u recored are there? and if so are the files already in HD or do i need a program to convert them to HD? please let me know because im gunna buy this camera in a few months….THANK YOU!!
how does it hold better? That doesn’t make sense, neither of them creep, and the 6 has the same cam as the 7, there all 80% letoff. The chrono is fine, the arrow weight is ridiculous and the energy adding 3fps for what the biscut subtracts gives 122ft lbs. What kind of energy do you think it should be getting?

Also, for the most accurate color possible you might want to look into a monitor calibration tool, such as a Spyder3, Pantone Huey, LaCie Blue Eye or other.
Sounds to me like you are using an analog VGA connection and there is an unreliable/loose contact in the connection somewhere that's causing a momentary disruption in either the red or blue signal lines.
You know, you really should be using a dual-link DVI video card and dual-link DVI cable to take full advantage of the XHD3000.
Analog VGA can only go up to 2048×1536 resolution, so it cannot take full advantage of your XHD3000's 2560×1600 resolution. Only dual-link DVI can go up that high.
Use DVI instead, and see what happens.
