You need to first uninstall your monitor drivers. Right click on My Computer, choose properties, click on the Hardware Tab, and then choose device Manager. After that look for the monitor category click the plus sign and right click to uninstall everyone listed under the plus sign that is now a minus sign.
I would say that is very good in color reproduction. The best monitor I’ve had so far. Visually I feel its much better than the standard samsungs. This LCD is flexible enough to display the image in full adobe rgb color profile. I still highly recomended it. The only thing better in my view would be the eizo’s, but that is a whole different price category.

Multi-Monitor support!! VS-Express-2010!!
This is a trick that's very dependent on the game itself. If the game is going "full screen" then your video card will not render anything else except the game (leaving any secondary monitors blank). However, some games (such as World of Warcraft) allow you to run the game in a "windowed" mode that's maximized to use the whole screen. This shows up as a "windowed" video game to the video card, and therefore it will render your start menu and other Windows elements, but it will be sized to take up your whole screen and it will not have a boarder.
This sort of mode seems almost entirely designed for people with multiple monitors that wish to make use of secondary monitors while gaming (or span the game across multiple screens).
Of course, this is only available in select games. Try playing around with display options in your game. Look for windowed modes, they're your best option. See if there might be some sort of "hack" you can do to make it display in a maximized window. Check the game's forums or do a google search.

The bottom of the window opening should be no more than 44 in. off the floor. Outside, an oversize window well is required. It will need to be at least 36 in. wide and extend 36 in. out from the window. The window well height is also limited to 44 in., as measured from the well floor. If a deep basement forces a deeper window well, most codes will allow a concrete block on the floor of the well to serve as a step, as long as it doesn't interfere with the window's opening.

Computer monitors and TV's are not the same thing, in the sense that they are often built differently, with different goals in mind. However, most modern TV's are compatible with computers, and there are converters that you can buy which will allow you to hook up computers to older monitors.
As for watching TV on your computer, you can buy a TV tuner which will allow you to do so. I would recommend PCI-based tuner cards as opposed to USB ones, since they will deliver more reliable and better quality connections, though USB has the advantage of being easier to install (no opening your computer and inserting the PCI card).
Concerning wireless: what do you mean by wireless? If you mean internet, yes, that's very common. If you mean the TV tuner, you'll probably have to get specialized equipment, but it's definitely possible.
